Uptime commitment
We target 99.9% uptime for all production services. Our infrastructure includes automated failover, health checks, and redundant data storage to minimise disruption. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside of business hours and communicated in advance.
Incident history
No incidents in the last 90 days. When incidents occur, we publish a post-incident review here within 5 working days, including timeline, impact, and remediation steps.
